concept
this show came with nothing except the logo. we wanted to create a concept that could be translated into another season. for a cohesive show package over the years.

shoot
can’t come to New York… so we’ll bring Queens to LA. try to mix in a secon shoot to save on costs and have something for next season.

this project came with a lot of backend work to composit.
subway takeover
awkwafina is famous for being from Queens. thinking outside the box, we asked the MTA for a voiceover.

behind the scenes
the concepting process took many turns, from including all cast members, incorporating NY, to more minimalistic approaches.
once the concept was decided, we went to shoot where we had to recreate the exterior of the house in a lot in LA, due to no homes having the right look during the scouting process.
